10/10 experience. EV charger install was smooth with zero issues. Great communication, on-time scheduling, and high-quality work. No warranty needed because they nailed it the first time. Best pricing and quality, hands down.

Scheduled a simple breaker change. They text and emailed me to confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment, did not show. Called to find out why, they first said I had to schedule with a live agent, then when I pressed them, they said I had to reschedule then when I pressed again the agent came back after speaking with a manager who has no last name to say, Strada does not work with my breaker and would need to take the entire panel out.

Whatever you do, you do not want David Wright to come to your house. He’s the most disrespectful person I’ve ever spoke to. If you want an electric company for cheap to attempt to fix things call Strata Electric . I would never count on this company again. My house literally almost burned down last summer because of incompetence when they installed the dryer outlet. A year later I go to use my GFCI outside and it doesn’t work. They said they gonna come fix it and they wired the thing with 14 -2 in every GFCI is supposed to have 12 -2 standard. So yes if you want cheap and ineffective electrical services by all means, call them up comply incompetent.

Today I had two Strada HVAC technicians come to my home by my request because after my last maintenance check (at the beginning of November) my thermostat was reading 70° and it was reading 70° 24 hours a day. This was prior to Thanksgiving that it was showing the 70°. It showed 70° for several days when I just knew that the temperature inside my house was not 70°. I program my thermostat to 68°for heat and 78° for air conditioning and at this time, I had the thermostat and system in heat mode. Over the Thanksgiving day it was hot and I wanted to turn on the air conditioning again so I looked at my thermostat. It said that it was 73° in my house, but I knew it was way hotter. I switched it out of heat mode and into air conditioning mode and when I did that my thermostat reading went

I had the most pleasant experience with Strada and it breaks my heart to read the bad reviews that I have seen on here. I had two techs come out to my new house and both of them were phenomenal! Kenneth and Danny were extremely professional and such a joy to deal with. I would hands down recommend them to anyone in need of service work. Thank you guys again for a job well done!
