I previously gave 1 star, however the owner did reach out to me, several times to ensure any issues were corrected and or will be corrected. Also, my warranty work, which has was my bathroom vent fans, was confused with my wanting ceiling fans put in, which I will take responsibility for as I didn't make that clear in my first review, I just said, fans. I'm having some items taken are of tomorrow and if all goes well, I will give my final review. The work is complete and they solved the problems, both bathroom fans are fixed and sound great, they were professional and stayed on task the whole time. Very pleased with all they have done.

I am not a consumer of this company. There is an employee that lives in this particular apartment complex in Pensacola Florida and he is a reckless and dangerous driver in the community. If he drives like the way he does in the community that he lives in, how does he treat the communities that he visits. He drives his COMPANY VEHICLE like a mad man on a mission where there are children playing and people walking their dogs. This is a negative perception of this company. I tried to call the number on the website and the “gentleman” on the phone states that it’s against company policy to transfer me to the Pensacola office to speak to a manager about this problem. So with that being said, it is apparent that the company is not concerned about their image in the area.

Strada Services did some AV installs for us along with some basic electric installations such as light fixtures, ceiling fans, etc. Everything came out great and the technicians were polite and knowledgable. Mark and Justin did an excellent job. Thanks guys!

Horrible ! Horrible! Our house is barely two years old!! This is the 2nd time in a year I’ve had to call because half of my house’s electricity is not working!!! About ready to get a lawyer
