Straight Line Design

The custom painted and finished wood cabinets we ordered through Straight Line in Holland are so beautiful! We chose to go with finished wood (knotty pine in sesame finish) for the island to give it more of an accent. We met with Sherrie and worked a bit with Rachel on kitchen and bath cabinets for our home and they are even more beautiful installed than we could have dreamed!! The bottom line ($$) with a kitchen remodel is so important when you have to redo an entire home, and it was spot on! Straight Line definitely delivered! They were our source for kitchen cabinets, master bath cabinets and flooring throughout our entire home. And they have convenient locations to stop in and drop off or pickup new samples as needed. We are so grateful!

Working with Straight Line - and Rachel - was easy, straightforward, and definitely met our needs. Our work was relatively simple, changing out only a couple existing kitchen cupboards for installation of an under cupboard-counter microwave. Rachel guided us through measurement recommendations, and gave frank feedback on our ideas that certainly helped. Delivery was fast and packaging was extremely well protected without any issues. Looking forward to finally (handyman issues) getting this project completed!

We had a toe kick area on a cabinet that needs to be replaced. It wasn't a large job, under $100 for the material, but Rachel worked to understand the situation and order the right material(s) for the repair as if it was a $10,000 job. Her level of customer service was spot on and she followed up with the cabinet mfg. to check on timing several times. Thanks!

My husband and I requested a quote for a small job the week before Christmas, we were told because of the holidays we wouldn't get the quote until first week of January. At the end (Saturday) of the first week of January, today we got a text saying our lady that came out to take measurements wouldn't be able to do the job, so basically we waited 3 weeks for nothing. Her being sick shouldn't have anything to do with getting a quote. Obviously we are disappointed. Actually surprised any contractor would want to give them work as they don't seem to be able to even give a simple quote.

I had a great experience working with the team in Holland! Rachel helped me find exactly what I wanted and answered my many questions. I highly recommend them for all things kitchen and hardware.
