Best possible experience with Tony, owner of Straight Line Fence. I had damage to my fairly new chainlink, and Tony promptly gave me an estimate, and we agreed he would do the work. He got to it quickly, and did a superlative job! Absolutely recommend!

I hired Straight Line Fence & Gate in Palm Coast, FL to replace a gate board fried in a storm. The part was under warranty, but Tony offered to install a board he already had and said he’d refund me once the manufacturer reimbursed him. I paid $490 up front based on his word. The installation itself was fine. Everything after that was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with any contractor—unprofessional, unethical, rude, dishonest, and ultimately a complete cheat. Here’s exactly how I was strung along, lied to, and ignored: • August 7, 2025: I paid $490 for the replacement part. • August 8, 2025: Tony installed the part. • October 2, 2025: After almost two months with no update, I contacted him. Tony came over very quickly to give me a price for the work i needed, which was very reasonable. He showed up a few days later, installed my new gate and post. The gate was well built and the work was very neat.

We are very happy with a job well done. They fought the rain and heat and got the job done. Thank you Tony for meeting our expectations.

Straight Line fence gave fast quote and best price! I had white vinyl fence with gate placed around my AC unit at my townhouse, and job was completed faster than I expected. I would recommend checking this company out for your fencing needs!! Nice work Tony!
