Straight's Septic Service

I called and got a real person. The man was friendly and gave me a quick quote for the cost, and even got me in the schedule for the very next morning. I felt the fee was below what I expected, and the man who came to pump was personable and even was kind to my dog's, even if they were a bit nosey to him. Will definitely use them again when it's time. I think the only negative is when filling the hole back in, they didn't get the grass back in properly. But it's a hole, not sure anyone can. Great quality employee, and a fast adorable service. Do recommend

I’m currently in the process of buying a home and needed a septic inspection done. Straights was one of the first places I called and they were able to set up an appointment as soon as possible. I had the pleasure of working with Shawn, he was so amazing during the whole process. There were a few hiccups with the seller of the house paving over the septic tank and Shawn did not charge me for coming out since he wasn’t actually able to do anything. We rescheduled under the impression that the seller had fixed the issue, shocker he didn’t. So Shawn took it in his own hands and said he would cut up the driveway so he could get to the tank it would just cost the seller. He was nothing but professional the entire time and very courteous. I would definitely recommend Straights septic to anyone!

Just had the best experience with Straight's Septic Service! We needed an emergency septic pump out. They contacted me and told me when I could expect their arrival. They arrived promptly, were both friendly and professional. They are fair priced and they know their stuff! Would highly recommend them to everyone including friends and family.

I was hitting a brick wall with my landlord making him correct his negligence and ownership of his sceptic system that was backing up and back flowing and flooding my bathroom floor and walls. I contacted this company and within 1 hour, they provided me with all of the logistics to confront my landlord and I was able to force him to resolve the problem in the same day after trying to battle this for a week with no resolve.
