Had Larry come out and install a mini-split for me. A good friend recommended him so I thought it would be fine. Wrong. 2 years after installation, it died. It still looks brand new. Couldn't get anybody from Strange to come and look at it because he apparently "only does the installation, not the upkeep". This was in September 2024. I tried to get him out here, he threw a temper tantrum and told me not to tell him how to run his business. Problem is.....I've had 4 different companies come out to try to get my mini-split running (still under warranty for parts) so I can get it fixed. Well, it was installed incorrectly and they could not believe the mess that he made out of it.
