Stratford plumbing and heating are an amazing company that have been a true blessing in our lives. They were very professional and did an amazing job and showed that they actually cared about helping us. I definitely recommend their services. Thank you again for all your help

I called and made an appointment for someone to come and see if my toilet could be repaired or replaced. The appointment was not kept, nor was I called and informed that they were unable to keep the appointment. When I called their office to reschedule I was sent directly to voice mail even though it was during office hours . I left several messages but no one even returned my call. Very unprofessional

$90 plus parts they told me.. Then it ended up being $350. I asked to have the owner call me to inform him about this. We had a decent conversation no hard feelings. Then 1.5 months later my brand new hot water heater that the installed is not working because they cobbled everything together and didn't use the proper piping. I called Richmond hot water tanks to figure out why it keeps flashing codes.. After sending Richmond pictures of the install they said I need to go back to Stratford Plumbing and Heating n have them install it properly.. Stratford Plumbing and Heating would not answer their phone or return my voicemails, so I showed up at the business looking 4 help and as I sat outside some guy calls me screaming at me to leave the property or he's calling the cops. We had our main drain plug up and I called so many other plumbers and either they were busy or didn't service our area. Called Stratford Plumbing and Heating and the lady explained that we are a bit out of their service area but if we can't find anyone local they are willing to help us out. I called 20 different plumbers to no avail. They were able to get a plumber put that same day and saved us. Great service and quality work!

On 7/19 I made a phone call, we needed a well extension put on for a shop my husband is building,, on 7/20 Sarah ( I believe her name is) called me and said she could get us in next week, this morning 7/21 Mark & John showed up to get the job done,! Talk about fast, great service, I highly recommend Stratford Plumbing & Heating to anyone looking for their plumbing & heating needs! I'd give 20 stars if I could! Thank you again 😁
