They installed flooring in our brand new home. the floors within weeks are buckling up and gaping and they will not replace them their response even tho the floors are covered under warranty said its water damage and it clearly wasnt its was poor workmanship . if you want quality workmanship please go elsewhere!

If you want your floors done correctly - go elsewhere. They clearly take no pride in their work and it shows. After only one year our floors have gaps that you could place two quarters in and so many creaks it seems like our house is ancient. We gave them the chance to come in and correct some of the issues such as poly over paint specs and green tape but all they accomplished was creating inconsistent stain spots and damaging our banister which they took zero credit for. They send crews in unsupervised which creates an attitude of no accountability or pride in their workmanship. I would say craftsmanship but they clearly aren't craftsman. On the positive side, we made out well relative to several of our neighbors who had to have their floors redone three times before finally having

Strathmore installed all the hardwoods, carpet, and tile in my new home. I could not be happier with the quality of products and the installation they provided. Any issues that came up were resolved quickly and professionally.

Hey maybe have the people driving your vans not almost hit my parked truck at a grocery store. The bad driving represents your company image, keep that in mind.
