Stratus Surfaces - Kansas City

We've had such a great experience working with Tina at Stratus Surfaces! She's been very helpful and patient with us while we're deciding on our countertop for our kitchen renovation. The location has amazing stone as well as many quartz options. The entryway area is beautiful, with a lit Crystallo countertop, clean restrooms along with drinks while you shop. Highly recommend!

Extremely nice and welcoming! Very nice, clean, and organized without feeling pushy or intimidating. Everyone we interacted with was kind, patient and informative from the front desk staff, the associate Tina that showed us around the showroom and even what seemed to be management took the time to welcome us. Finding the right fit for countertops or your needs can be very intimidating at times but they did a great job of making us feel heard and important even though we have a smaller job and were looking for a budget friendly option. Having stopped by the four major stores in the area I can say this place is definitely worth the time to stop by and check them out if you are doing a home project. Bonus points they have lots of refreshments to enjoy while you shop!

From the moment I walked in it was clearly a classy place. Tori was great! Customer service, friendliness, ability to suggest alternatives to what I had in mind were all the things she excelled at. Excellent Customer Service! When looking at slabs of stone you dont get to see the slabs behind the top one unless you request it. Other spots we visited said NO to moving the top slab to see the next one. We were from out of town…so this was important for us. Stratus immediately moved them so we could see all of the slabs to choose from. When looking for the right stone…this is super important!

We spent a very pleasant 90 minutes with Tina. She was very helpful and knew when to 'get out of the way', as well. We were very impressed with Stratus Surfaces and will certainly be buying our stone countertops from them.
