Several months ago Strayseed performed a lot of work on my neighbor's yard. Strayseed operated their mini-bulldozer on my yard and a section of my driveway to access my neighbors back yard rather than running their mini-bulldozer through my neighbor's yard they were performing work on. The mini-bulldozer tracks damaged my turf and soiled my driveway. The first I learned of how much was after I looked at it after my neighbor called to ask me to run my irrigation twice daily to water the top soil and seeds Strayseed had laid for the damage. After expressing my discontent with Strayseed about all of this, they offered to mulch my front landscaping for free to make up for it and owed me a date they could do it. I've never heard from Strayseed. As a result, I will never hire them to do
