Worst experience with them. I would 10/10 NOT recommend them to even come to your house. They show up at midnight if they do decide to show up. The owner cusses you out and tells you that you’re not professional… last time I checked, I AM THE CUSTOMER. YOU are doing me a service. It’s not the other way around. If you’re doing an awful job, I will provide feedback. The “electrician” tried to install cables without any conduit, so it would easily be ruined. The liner had to be replaced 3 times, because they didn’t put it in correctly and did it while it was too cold. They also would show up on the nice days and say all the things they’d do, then wouldn’t show up for a few weeks. Awful, awful, awful. If you are building a pool or just need maintenance Strickland Pools has been superb to have on-site managing my pool repairs. I had major storm damage that completely destroyed my pool equipment and damaged my pool liner. Strickland Pools responded quickly to my request for help. Heather contacted me immediately and scheduled a convenient time for Bryan to come to measure and inspect the damages. Within 3 days, they took measurements, assessed the damages, and I was provided a quote. Once the new liner came in (took about a week), Bryan was ready to begin working. Strickland Pools have built two in ground pools for me and did a phenomenal job! One pool is in Savannah, GA and the other is in Fernandina Beach, FL. We couldn’t be happier with our pools.

Very slight set back on getting my liner in. No control of the company. We are so pleased and happy with the service. We actually couldn't believe how quick they did the service. If you want to have a new pool installed or a remodel on your current pool, STRICKLAND POOL is the company to use. They recently installed our pool & it is beautiful. The entire experience was a pleasure because of their craftsmanship & professional crew. They made sure we were satisfied & knew how to take care of our pool. All pet owners will appreciate that they watched out for our fur baby. Making sure where Mo was at before they moved equipment & keeping our gate closed.
