They obviously had no desire to do the job, and gave a “no charge” opinion. I thought he was going up to the truck for a part, but he just got in the truck and left. We need help with our system, and obviously were willing to pay for a service, and had a good job been done - we were interested in putting in a bigger system and would have maybe been seen as a lucrative enough client to have put in some effort with. Poor Attitude and lack of customer service - thanks for nothing.
