Stride Pest Control was amazing from the first call: their prices are extremely reasonable, they truly understood my concerns and got technician Raul out to my home in Live Oak the very next day. Raul was absolutely incredible—he's the star of this whole experience! Raul is absolutely the most considerate, knowledgeable, and diligent employee we’ve had come and provide services. Always thorough, thoughtful and on time. This company is great but Raul is one of those rare employees that makes everything excellent. Stride Pest Control would be wise to incentivize Raul to keep him around!

Just wanted to share with everyone what a great experience I've had with Stride Pest Control, specifically with Garrett and Raul. Both techs have worked on my home over the past three or so years. They are friendly, respectful, courteous, and very good at their work. They always ask where I've seen any pests and explain what they will do. If they need to treat inside the house, they are careful to put on covers over their shoes so as not to track dirt or pesticide inside. Overall I've had very good interactions with them and hope to continue with them and Stride Pest Control for a long time!

Raul R. is amazing! From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and extremely thorough. 11.19.2025 - 1st Appointment - Stride Pest Control Tech: Gerrit My experience with your Tech named "Gerrit" was great. He was very understanding and was able to answer the questions that I have asked for clarification. This was my first pest control visit and I know now that Stride Pest Control will be handling our bug issues from now on.
