Our family was one of the families in the area that got scammed by Interstate Well Drilling (see the review I left for them). We hired this company to come out and see if they could determine what was wrong with our well. We had literal mud coming out of our pipes. It was bad. Prior to hiring these guys, we hired Interstate to come out and fix it (they were the ones that installed the well) and they made numerous false diagnoses (such as leak in pipes, bad pressure tank, etc.) and it was all just bogus to try and shift the blame to someone else rather than their trash install. We spend lots of money on these repairs only to find out it was a hoax. Mind you, we have small children at home and could not bathe them in our bathtub the water was just so disgusting. Our water pump quit working one night. I called them early next day and there were able come out within the hour and replace the water regulator very fast. Can't get any better than that! I'm sure there are times when repair appts can't be so fast, understandably. The guys are nice and friendly too!

We had an issue with our well pump's pressure tank that required us to shut off our water. I called Strom at 10:41 AM. Their service techs showed up within an hour, and our pressure tank was replaced by 2:00 PM that afternoon. While they were there, they educated me on the maintenance I can do to make sure this tank lasts longer. Can't imagine what could have possibly gone better.

Strom originally installed my pump years ago. Today I had a water pressure issue. Called and was surprised that they could come right over. Andrew was professional and knew exactly how to fix the problem. I am leaving a review becsuse they also rescued my frozen pipes at my well head immediatley and got my water back on fast on two occasions. Also they put in elecrical panels in two outbuildings. Just good communication and good quality, fast and responsive.

Having pump issues and called on Monday to schedule pulling the pump and pipe replacement. Was given an appt for Friday. Seemed a little bit long to wait but ok, I said I will take the Friday appt. They never showed, when I called they said, we have too many emergencies and can't make it. Did you think to call me and cancel?? It is the middle of winter, we removed the roof and made access to the pump and now they want us to wait until next Monday. The worst part part he was not even apologetic for dropping ball or inconveniencing us. This is not the first unsatisfactory encounter with them, everyone has a bad day so was giving them a second chance and trying to keep it local. I found another company and would NOT RECOMMEND STROM.
