Strom Tree Service

The guys did a great job in removing my approximately 75 foot cottonwood tree. They were professional and worked together well. I was highly satisfied with the way the debris from the tree was cleared away as the tree was removed. I would highly recommend Strom's Tree Service!

Had Stroms do my large overgrown cottonwood that was in a hard to get to area of the yard. They had one man who actually climbed up into the treetop & did the trimming and guys on the ground hauling branches to their trailer. They did an excellent job and were done in just 45 minutes including cleanup.

We have an ash tree in our backyard that's been declining for years. Big scary bare limbs ready to fall on our house. The Strom team came in in an afternoon and did good thorough work. A man was roped in and climbed the tree with a chainsaw, while a man on the ground maneuvering the big cut limbs with ropes so they didn't fall on our house or deck. Others from the team came in to haul branches to the front where they had a wood chipper and attached to a truck. They cleaned our backyard nicely after the service, made sure our garage roof was cleared of small branches and debris, and even cleaned the front street area. Quite the operation with many people involved over a 4 hour time period. Nice to talk with. Grateful for the great service.

We had tree damage after the August 10th derecho in Iowa that needed quick attention. I called Strom Tree Service after finding the number on a Facebook Iowa Storm page thinking we'd have to wait a while. To our surprise within 2 hours the crew was at our house, gave us an estimate and were ready to do the job. We had a huge silver maple that was splitting and unsafe for future windstorms so it had to be cut down and an ash tree with limb damage. They were both taken care of in 3 hours, all branches/limbs were taken to the street for curbside pickup and the yard was raked of debris. We were very satisfied with the work done by this team!

I would highly recommend Strom Tree Service. Chris gave me an estimate for three big trees in my yard that were in need of trimming and made sure I knew what they would take down. Donald, Ben & the rest of the crew surveyed the trees as they were cutting to make sure the trees looked great from all sides. They cleaned up all the brush & raked all the leftover sticks on the ground. Very respectable company. My trees look awesome! Thank you, Janeen Gates
