I received an estimate of about $6000 to buy and install a heating/AC unit for an indoor office space. They installed the unit and took my payment but two days later (and ever since) it has not worked at all. They told me it would require $1000+ to make it work. They assumed no responsibility whatsoever and because there initial work was so poor I can not use them again because I can't trust their work. So I am hiring another firm. Also they were rude (once they had my money) but that is not the point - the point is they charged me for a non-working unit.

Any five star reviews should be looked at suspiciously based on my experience with this company which took me for $7000 for installing a totally uncorking machine which they say they will "fix" (mind you I bought it from them and paid over $3000 for installation) it for nearly $2000 more. That they were rude and acted like it was normal for them to send a guy over who didn't know the machinery. It was a horrible experience. Still I am sweltering and I began this process over 1 year ago and this is a unit for a windowless room of 10 by 10 not Rockefeller Center. Called Better Business Bureau but (surprise) they are not recognized. So who to complain to?

We had new hvac system installed by them. John promised to give us 10 year warranty for the unit over the phone. After we paid, I asked him to send me the warranty but he didn't follow through. I gave up and I did the manufacture warranty by myself and found that they are only 5 years and 3 years. Less than 1 year, the unit is broken. Now he says we have to have maintenance service which costs $120 per hour labor and $45 filter every 6 months in order to have the (non-existent) warranty active.Totally not mentioned when we had the verbal agreement over the phone. The installation looks sloppy and air started coming out. Not professional at all. They take your money and keep saying they will but never follow through. Very disappointed.

this is one company i will never recommend to anyone to use to install there HVAC unit, my ductless unit was install and 2/17/2018 and the first time i try to use it unit it DOES NOT work correctly, i'm not getting any cold air from the unit and when i call to complain i get the run around and recommend me to pay someone else to finish the job. note when the unit was install Freon was put in the unit without the unit being Vacuum or pressure test before Freon was put in the unit. and they feel they got paid for what they need to do and nothing else they need to do.

Dreadful experience.Spent $6500 to have heating/ac installed,. Jamel, the tech installed the unit and told us to text him if there were a problem. The unit worked for 2 days and then broke down - flashing various codes. We texted Jamel a week ago - still no response. Today I got the owner of the company who told me he doesn't know what the codes mean. No offer to send someone over despite my pleas.No apology. Not even any sympathy. They have the money already so there is no motive to help I suppose. Horrible experience. And this was a hot summer. The whole experience confronted me with the fact that unless you are a person who wants to invest many hours in small claims court, you have essentially no recourse if a vender like this charges you for a service they do not deliver.
