Stronghold did an excellent job on our roof replacement! They were able to navigate us through a complicated insurance process where our claim was originally denied, but ended up getting the insurance company to take on the roof cost (minus deductible of course). I had given up on the prospect of the insurance company helping us before Stronghold got involved. Also, the roof installation process was extremely professional and the sales team was onsite for most of it to ensure that the work was done properly. They even threw in some unplanned add-ons like a dryer vent that was installed improperly by the builder as well as some additional ventilation that was not obvious before work began. We recently went through a hail storm and had damage to our roof. Jason was amazing and extremely helpful from beginning to end. He helped us with making the call to the insurance company, and was present when the adjuster came for inspection. Thanks to his efforts we were approved for a roof. Jason explained every step and the material that would be used and answered any questions we had. The crew that came was amazing and by the end of the day you didn't even know they were there. During the month of August 2025, we had a hail storm Steve Spence, Project manager of Strong Hold Roofing Company was introduced to us. Steve was a very knowledgeable and detail oriented person. From the beginning of our project to the end, stronghold roofing company was very dedicated professional. Steve was the driving force for all our needs. After spinning my wheels with insurance and other roofers, Julian came out and inspected our roof and wow what a difference! He took his time, showed me pictures and spent more time than any other person on our roof gathering info to meet with the insurance adjuster. I got my roof replaced by Floyd and Jonathan and their team from Stronghold today. They did an amazing job, were super efficient, and the work they did was stellar. They were done by 1pm! I can't believe this is the same house we started with! I know for a fact they used high quality materials and workmanship to be able to hold such a long and transferable warranty. Floyd was amazing as he walked me through the entire claims process from the hail damage last year and how the window was closing to file the claim for it. He addressed all my concerns and was patient with me as I asked all my questions.
