EXCEPTIONAL work these guys do! Let's be honest - NO one wants to need this type of company, however, MANY of us in this area have had or may need our foundations adjusted. When unfortunate times come, it is SO relieving to have ABSOLUTE professionals who CARE taking the time and using decades of skill to resolve your issues. Structural Solutions went WAY BEYOND EVERY expectation I had! I have personally used them at my home and several homes that our company manages. (They even found an old drain pipe issue that they helped me resolve!) They ALWAYS move the bar higher and higher! The crew also cleans up after themselves; leaving the area as close as possible to the way it was before work was done! I HIGHLY recommend this company! Ask for Amber when you call. They did our foundation repair and it seemed to be a decent job, however, the dirt around the pilings sunk 8-12 inches leaving large holes. I called to have the “dirt truck” come to fill these holes in and to repair a brick that fell out during foundation work. I’ve called multiple times and have been given the excuses of “the crew is sick” and “behind schedule “ with not even an estimate of when the repairs will be done. It’s been a month and of course, there’s the $200 fee they will charge to bring the dirt, if we ever get them out to do the dirt refill! This isn’t good customer service! Update: after waiting another month, we ended up paying a landscaper to come and fill in the holes. We never heard back from Structural Solutions until one day, about 4 months AFTER the job was done,

The absolute worst company I have had to deal with. I have been trying to get them to fill in sink holes from foundation repair for 5 months. I have been given every excuse in the book. I leave messages and I get no response. How professional is that? I really want to be done with them. I do not recommend them. In reply to your response today, you are sadly mistaken about me not contacting you until after the 90 day warranty. The first time I contacted Scott and called the office was September 27, 2023. The work was done September 15, 2023. I have documentations, phone records and recordings of everytime I called . I even talked to the CEO on his personal cell phone on December 7, 2023. Marshall, Phillippe, Danny, Comacho, Drew and Scott were all totally professional. Their courteous and customer focused attitudes were very evident. The clean up after extensive foundation repair was unbelievable. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend Structural Solutions team to anyone.

I bought a home with a lifetime warranty on my carport. Adjustments were needed after a year. They did the adjustment and did not compact the full dirt on the job. I informed them this would be a problem and they told me I was mistaken. A year later giant voids were present in the dirt work. They refused to correct the the mistake and offered to charge me to have it fixed. The owner told me it was due to wash out which there were no signs of since the area is under and over hang with a gutter and drainage. I do lot recommend using their services. I will now have to pay someone else to fix their mistake.
