They were responsive from the first quote, showed up on schedule, and the crew was professional, clean, and worked efficiently without major disruptions. The tile installation came out sharp—clean cuts, even grout lines, and no issues after a few months. Overall workmanship was solid for the price, and they handled small surprises (old wiring) without big upcharges. Pricing was reasonable for NYC standards—fair bid, transparent, no hidden fees. Only not quite 5 stars because the project took a couple extra days due to material delays, but they communicated well. Reliable
