What impressed us most was that the owner came out personally to handle some of the installation work himself. You don't see that level of hands-on commitment very often these days. He took the time to make sure every detail was perfect, and it really shows in the final result. The quality of workmanship is excellent, and our dog is absolutely loving her new space to run around and burn off energy. It's exactly what we were hoping for when we started this project. Had a fence installed in November 2022. Part of it fell over in April 2023 after a "windstorm". I was disappointed since it was relatively new and fell over already. I was told the fence would be covered under a warranty which was great, however months passed and each month I was told there was a backlog in work and nothing could be scheduled. Each month I checked in and there was no date that could be provided for the work to be done. Every time I called or emailed I was told that they would "check with the owner", and each time I never heard back what the owner could do. In July (about 4 months now) I checked one last time, but still no date that could be set to get it fixed. There has never been a response from the owner. When we decided to put a wood fence up, we looked around the neighborhood and saw a lot of "Stuart Fence" signs. I cannot say anything negative about them. We got our estimate right away and were able to adjust the length of the fence to fit our budget. Stuart Fence was most accommodating. Whenever we needed to communicate with them, they immediately responded to us in the most agreeable manner. Although there was a lot of paper work (forms) to be filled out for permits, they were very helpful with that as well. The owner of the company even responded to me with a few questions I had! On the day of installation, two men came (Tony was the boss) and did a fabulous job. The fence is as straight as an arrow. The guys were very pleasant and efficient. I give Stuart Fence an "A" grade.
