We hired MD construction to redo work done by another contractor (who left us with a horrible job done to say the least). Our experience with them far exceeded our expectations and I wish we had used them from the beginning. They did 4 windowsill replacements and a couple windowsill repairs. Detailed oriented, professional, on time, offered fair pricing, and were approachable to ask questions or express concerns. They showed us every step of the repair process. We were left with windowsills that were shaped and angeled correctly, like-for-like and solid concrete (no foam was used). I highly recommend them, and will use them for any of my future needs. I don't typically write reviews but I need to let others know how good MD construction is. I needed some stucco repairs done on my house. I reached out to 3 companies and decided to go with MD because I just felt comfortable with Dave when he came out for the estimate. He provided the quote in a day and while his wasn't the cheapest I felt more comfortable than I did with the others. I am so glad I decided to go with MD because the quality and detail of their work was phenomenal. I had 6 different places that needed repairs and I am honestly telling anyone the work they did was beyond words. I am typically hard to please as I am a control freak but when Dave Jr gave me the final walk through I was floored. Each spot was flawlessly done and the way they tied it in to match my existin

David was amazing. He was extremely professional and I overheard him telling the crew to be diligent while fixing specific cracks and avoiding rusting out any wiring. He also noticed our new outside light fixtures and specifically told his crew to make sure they were covered and no stucco got onto the fixtures because he could tell we just installed them. His crew was also extremely polite and professional. They were punctual and did amazing work. 10/10 would recommend.

This is THE company to call for stucco work! From my initial conversation with the owner, David, until the job was complete, it was a great experience. I explained to David that we needed to get our job done ASAP because we were having our house painted next week (a contractor we were working with, dropped the ball). He was not only able to provide me with a quote within minutes of me explaining the scope of the project and sending pictures, but he had his crew scheduled to come out the next morning. They showed up, on time, worked hard and stayed the entire day, until the job was complete. Everyone that worked on this job for us was polite, professional and we could tell that they not only were great at what they do, they took pride in their work. We’ve worked with several contractors
