Best customer service. Responded to a short notice request and replaced my garage door main spring within 24 hours. Kept me informed through the entire process. It really shows that he wants his business to succeed. (Garage door now operates more smoothly than when new.)

This is the 3rd time that Stucky's Garage Doors has saved the day for us! Between both houses we have had a motor go out, another time a HVAC repair man knocked a track loose while moving stuff in through the garage, and now this time our teen backed into the door while it was moving. This was big mess for us but not Stucky's! He came out on a Sunday and got it working. He is now going to search for some matching panels to match it up with. Until then it is working again! 😁 Do not be scared to call him, he is super easy to deal with and tries to help you out fast. Anyone with a garage door needs to keep his number in their phone! We were referred to Larry by a friend and are so glad we worked with him!!! He took the time to explain our options and worked with us to order a door that fit exactly what we were looking for (a highly insulated black garage door with a side mount opener). As a first time homebuyer, we felt at ease making this purchase while working with Larry to answer all our questions and absolutely love the new door! My garage door broke and locked closed with my vehicle inside. It wouldn’t even open manually. I found Stucky’s Garage Doors online and was drawn to the fact that they are local and family owned. I was relieved to hear a real person answer the phone, in which I later found out was the father in this family owned business. It was Saturday morning and this was kind of an emergency call since I couldn’t leave my house. He was so kind and understanding.
