David was great, he replaced our springs in less than 30 minutes and showed me a few tips on how to make the garage door (and springs) last longer. I would definitely use them again.

My garage door spring broke at night around 8pm. I immediately requested a quote from several garage door repair companies on Google, and Ron was not only the first to respond but also the best price! They came next morning and replaced both springs and lubricated and balanced my garage door in under 30 mins! Now that's what I call great service. I will definitely use again and recommend to anyone in need of garage door repairs.

My parent's garage door wasn't working and I called 1st Class Overhead Garage to schedule a time for them to come out and check it for them. Jacob promptly answered and was able to schedule a time the following day to come to check things out. He made sure to follow up with a call before he arrived and kept to the time we scheduled. Mike walked my parents through what had happened and was able to get everything fixed in a timely manner. I highly recommend Jacob services!

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. They were extremely responsive and even got a technician out the same day. Ron, the technician was awesome. He was lovely, informative and fast. He came prepared with just about anything one could need for a repair like mine. When I had to call them to come back out, it was an immediate call back and Ron was once again sent to me on that same day. He identified the issue and rectified once and for all quickly. They earned my business and trust. Very happy with this company and my experience.

I don't write a ton of reviews, but this company was great. I got connected them through Daniel for a garage door opener installation, and the technician was on time, friendly and helpful. The install was completed much faster than I expected, and I'm very happy with the result. I would definitely use them again!
