UPDATE I HAVE SPOKE TO MR STURCH THIS MORNING AND HE DID APOLOGIZE THAT ONE OF HIS TECHS OVERLOOKED IT AND SAID HE HATED I TORE THEM DOWN. WELL I HATED I HAD TO SPEND MORE $ UNNECESSARILY AND ONLY POSTING A HONEST REVIEW. PIC OF RECIEPT IN COMMENTS BELOW…….I do not recommend these guys. Their work is not thorough. They came out and done service call and HVAC inspection on a house we were buying and they passed it saying everything was 100%. Well we buy this house and it didn’t take long to realize the humidity inside was very uncomfortable. We hired another company to come out to figure the problem and I don’t understand how Sturch missed it but where the furnace is and everything goes up through the roof there was a huge hole there that was allowing all the attic, humid air inside the hou

Our air went out and we were desperate for our A/C. HSHA came out the following day after my call. While it took a few days to get parts (older unit) the air is up and running! Brian and his crew were very helpful and kind. This is what true customer service is and our family definitely appreciate it.

Matt arrived less than hour after we called. Very professional and nice. He made a minor adjustment and checked unit. We were charged only for a service call. We will use this HVAC company again.

The technician that worked on my system was dishonest, but they did come immediately after I called, (thus the two stars) and explained everything about my unit (formerly my father's) to where I understood why certain things were installed the way they were, to my dad's specifications. I wouldn't waste my money for their service. EDIT: The technician that worked on my central air unit told me for the ten years that it had a freon leak, that my father would just call them every summer and have them recharge it and said not to worry about fixing the leak because it was "very small." I found out last week, 06/04/2021, that my father actually had asked them to fix it, but they would tell him that the leak was extremely small and he could get by without the fix. These guys know their stuff! I made the mistake of letting someone else work on my system first...they came to Maumelle from Heber Springs the same day and had me back up and running in no time. Great service, great price!
