Sturgeon Plumbing and Air

The Journey Man Stanley Spencer was very unprofessional. He had his Apprentice do all of the work. He left leaking pipes and used parts that were already at my house, yet charged me for them. I was away in Salina due to my Significant other having a Heart Attack. I drove back to make sure the job was done. When he left he informed me that my pipes were still leaking. He also left without turning my water back on. I paid $535 for this job, he left me in a worse situation. I spoke to the Boss, who was very smug and rude. He told me my teenage Neice told Stanley that she thought there was one pipe leaking so that's what they fixed. I told him that was very unprofessional! The receptionist was a doll! She was very informative and patient. The guys came out close to the end of the day... got the job done in a reasonable amount of time... and they did the job right the first time. They were priced right and they were super friendly and easy to work with. I wish all businesses worked this way, the world would be a better place. Thank you Sturgeon, for making a bad day better and contributing to making the world a better place.

We had called another company, but they said they couldn't be out for 10 days. I called Sturgeon and they had a serviceman there in 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and fixed our a/c. Very pleased with the service, I highly recommend this company!
