We worked with Laurel to select and order a beautiful set of fixtures for our new bathroom. The process was easy, efficient, and we’re very happy with the results. I lost a set screw and when I asked Laurel if there were any spares at the showroom Laurel immediately coordinated for the manufacturer to ship me more — so fast and helpful, thank you Laurel!

Yikes Heather is belittling and combative over the phone. She has poor manners and customer service skills. Had a more pleasant conversation with Mike, who owns this business. Good selection, ample parking, lovely staff (with above mentioned exception) that is not overbearing. Team is helpful even if you have a toddler with you. They gave my daughter crayons to color with while I was completing my order.

It's one thing to have a great selection, showroom, and friendly sales staff. That'll get you 3 stars. Good follow up support though, that's what really marks the difference IMO. I picked up our order a long time ago, and due to some permitting issues we weren't able to get to fixture installation until many months later. At that time, it appeared I'd lost one of the items. I bought it elsewhere and forgot all about it. Yesterday Gretchen reached out and asked when I was going to come get the showerhead, and when I explained the situation she graciously and painlessless said a refund wouldn't be a problem as they still stock that item. So, great post sales customer service and staff you can trust.

We used Style for the second half of our remodel project. Our only regret is not going there before we started. They are knowledgeable, friendly, organized, responsive and local. Highly recommended.

Gretchen and Nuno are the best. Great vision and very patient as you progress through your project. We've don multiple projects with them: kitchen, multiple bathrooms and a complete ADU, all have turned out wonderful. They work tirelessly to make sure you're happy. I wish I could give them 6 stars!
