Sub Zero Appliance Repair

TLDR: Our experience with our microwave repair technician Paul in Bellingham WA was wonderful, 5 stars. Our experience with Sub Zero at the corporate level was horrible, 0 stars. Technician: 5 stars, Paul in Bellingham was professional, communicative, and just a lovely human. He repaired our microwave, even despite having to come to our house four times because Sub Zero gave him broken parts. Dispatch / calling customer service: 0 stars, it was abysmal. Our repair took a month and a half because the company had no idea where our parts were, did not call us to confirm parts had arrived, never called to schedule repair appointments, and when I left messages with staff, they were not addressed. This is probably one of the few legit reviews, since if you look at the review history, many reviews have similar issues like the door hinge was broken and if you look at the history of reviewers, their reviews for this company are sandwiched in between reviews in Indonesia or Malaysia. With that said, I didn't realize most reviews were fake when I called on a Friday afternoon after my refrigerator temp dropped to 55°. I was told they cannot come out on the weekends but scheduled an appointment to come the following Monday. They also informed me it would be a $89 trip fee, but if I subscribed to their repair service, future repairs would be covered. I opted to just pay the $89 trip fee, which if we chose to continue with repairs, would go towards the total repair fee. I asked if I'd be

Stay far away from this scam of a “repair” company. I paid for a technician to diagnose an issue with a refrigerator and quote a repair job, only to get a call a week later saying that they actually can’t perform the work to fix the problem that they diagnosed. As much as it sucks to wait for a technician from an actual appliance repair company, just do it and don’t waste your time/money dealing with this joke of a company

Last Tuesday morning, my ice maker was not producing ice, and it freaked me out because I had guests coming. Their technician showed up quickly, handled everything carefully, and had it work again. Now I trust this only Sub Zero certified repair teams.

I’m really happy with the service I received! The technician came to repair my refrigerator hinge problem. He worked carefully, and his method impressed me and my family a lot. I’ll be recommending their service to my relatives and friends for sure!
