Absolutely the best customer service. We had a broken waste line and Kyle came out at midnight to confirm. Rest of the crew came today and fixed it. Excellent work. Nice people. Honest. They don't make them like this anymore. Family run business we would highly recommend.

We called three seperate companies and yours showed up, crawled under our pipes, and provided a reasonable quote. We have been using the family owned Suburban Sewer and Septic since the late 1980s. They have always been the best in the area for all of our needs. From a rodding of sink or floor drain to a larger repair of the sewer line between the house and the street. Randy, Jeff, and Kyle have always been our go to when in need.

The guys came by Friday first thing and fixed our leaky toilet and leaky laundry tub. Good work ethic and they knew what they were doing. We will definitely call them with all of our plumbing needs. Thanks guys.

Totally not dependable. 1st call -did not bring proper equipment. second call - routed out old cast iron pipe but did not water jet the entire length which made for overflowed sewer again because of debris left in the pipe. Would not recommend. Not professional
