Suffolk Oil

The gauge on my oil tank was reading wrong and I ran out of oil on the coldest night of the winter. I called their office at 6am and the nice lady said they would try to send out a truck as soon as possible. Driver arrived by 8am. Pretty cool that not only did a human answer the phone but they helped me out in a pinch. Maybe not a huge deal for them but it's nice to know they care. Pretty rare these days. Thanks!

We had a snow storm last night 12/26 and I didn't realize I hardly had any oil left, I called the company and they were so overbooked that they said they would be here on Monday, I explained to them my situation, there was an oil man here within the hour. I can not say enough about this company, they are so accommodating to their customers and they do it with compassion, if anyone needs a GREAT company, I highly recommend this company, they truly are the best!! So frustrating trying to contact them. They are one of those companies that do everything they can NOT to let you talk to a real person. I am seriously thinking about changing suppliers after 20 years. Such a short sighted way of doing business with the local community.

Update: If you call Consolidated Energy, they are very helpful. .....phone is out of service, no way to contact.

Set up automatic delivery after submitting paperwork three times and they never showed to fill my tank. When I called the office it says number is not in service. Left me scrambling to find someone that will make an emergency delivery so we would have heat and hot water. Employees are nice but company is NOT reliable at all!
