We have used this company numerous times and have left multiple messages over five days as well as a filling out a service request via their Website. NO RESPONSE?!? They had the best technicians but that's irrelevant if you cannot engage the company or even get the courtesy of. return phone call/email. Absurd.

This company has been a pleasure to work with. I had the settings set incorrectly, called for service and they didn’t even charge for the visit! (They did install it last year.). I have called AC techs every year for the past several years, trying to figure out how to get a top floor bedroom cool. After several of expensive failed solutions, this was THE ONLY COMPANY that solved our problem. I can not recommend them enough

Suffolk Systems Inc. is a very professional and reliable Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Company. They installed a new Air Conditioning system that is amazing. From the initial call with Lori to the installation everything was done perfectly. I was very impressed and would highly recommend.

I was told by the owner Lori they had to shut down the business and are no longer able to serve the community I highly recommend Carlson Mechanical! Lori, it’s you who made the mistake if you’re memory serves you correctly, You also stated that you could not get any workers to work for you anymore to serve the communities!! Seems like BS if you ask me!!

Dan and his crew awesome. Can't say enough about the job they did. 2 Major installs; Always early let alone on time and professional and honest ! You will not be dissapointed.
