As a contractor, I have used their services many times. These are good people I trust and are always great to work with. The installers are very professional and do a top notch job! Always enjoy working with them! Highly recommend!

We love all our countertops! Megan and Chris were wonderful to work with. Megan was helpful and honest about selections and edges. Chris and his crew did a great job finishing the slabs and with install. Everything went smoothly, and we couldn’t be more happy with our finished kitchen and bath countertops.

I can't possibly say enough good things about these guys. They gave us honest suggestions about what would compliment our existing honey stained hickory cabinets. What we decided on completely blew me out of the water once it was installed. Installation came ahead of schedule and turned out beautifully. Fit and finish are absolutely top shelf. Don't even waste your time shopping the blue or orange. They can't even think about competing with Sugar Grove Marble's price, personal service, expertise, and installation. Make the drive out, I promise you won't be disappointed.

When you live in a rural area and don't have many options, you do the best you can. I'll recommend this company (because the craftsmanship is good) but by all means ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE COMMITTING. Meg and Chris are nice, their shop is nice and clean, etc. However, during the measuring process of the pieces in our bathrooms, never at any point did they specify that they were NOT going to install them. The 3 stars is due to the cut-off in communication after the initial install. Once our tile was completed in the showers we needed those thresholds cut once more. We texted and called and got no response. We offered to drop them off, we offered to pay for fuel, we offered to pay for the cuts .... we had to wing it ourselves because we too were left hanging (as stated by the previous review).

They were great at measuring and putting the counter in. But when there was some stains that happened it took several calls. I can appreciate that they are busy, but they need to work better at schedule time to help with problems that arise. Such as schedule a time to come back, and if something comes up call to reschedule, don’t leave us hanging.
