⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Better Late Than Never I would like to personally thank Tyler from Sullivan Septic. I’m new to Bethel and had been in my home for only a couple of weeks when I ran into a serious issue. I had recently been hired to do consulting and management for a local plumbing company, so naturally, I called them first. Unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the issue, and the technician’s main concern seemed to be that he was being paid to be there. That was disappointing, especially since I’ve always believed we’re part of the same team in this industry and should do what we can to help one another. After asking around and speaking with several local plumbers, Sullivan Septic consistently emerged as the preferred choice. Tyler immediately sent out a truck, and my issue was diagnosed

I was referred to Sullivan Septic Service by my neighbor who was very satisfied with their work. Brian and his assistant showed up for the septic tank cleaning appointment after calling me to let me know he was on the way. They were friendly and got right down to business and pumped out our tank which hadn't been pumped in a long time. They did a great jobs and gave me some good pointers regarding future use and maintenance. I would recommend them.

Honest & Reliable ! They arrived on Schedule and pumped out our old metal septic tank. We had been told by another service that the tank would most likely need to be replaced but after pumping the tank, their service technician Brian assured us that the tank was sound and should have many years of utility. Thanks SCSS !

They will not call you back. They will delay and try to get $$. Horrible service! Unprofessional! I have been getting this treatment since 2023. I thought they were in a bad place and were working out the kinks. No this is the business model. Big hustle. Little care.

I called Sullivan Septic because of it's good reviews. We are having septic trouble with a possible damaged part of our leach field. Someone came rather quickly. I asked them to bring the camera to scope our septic tank to see if one of the leach field tiles was damaged. He scoped our french drain instead, charged us $450, said he would need to talk to his boss and left. It's been about a month and a half of us calling and asking for diagnosis and repair, and we keep being told "He'll cal you back in 30 minutes", "He'll call you back tomorrow." Just warning others. Don't pay for any of their services until they've done work. They'll take your money and ghost you.
