We have used Mike Sullivan and his wife, Judy for two home inspections. He is professional and thorough. Our first inspection was a new construction home. Even though it was a new home, Mike's inspection found things that should have been done so it was most valuable to us. Our second home was a condo with electrical concerns. His expertise because of his background as an electrician is indispensible! Mike followed up with us after the changes were made in the homes and did a walk-thru on the homes to ensure the work was done correctly. Trustworthy and Thorough!
Mike & Judy were amazingly detailed with their inspection, the clarity of the report was easy to review and understand. Hundreds of miles away they made it extremely easy to view everything report in the inspection. Don't think you couldn't find or get a more professional or quality inspection done.
