We paid for a shut down service that never happened last year, resulting in a broken backflow regulator. Repeated calls to remedy the situation went unanswered, when we finally did get a call back they came and “fixed” it but over torqued the pvc joint and broke it, instead of fixing it they slapped on a bunch of tape and compound, resulting in a leak. We will never use these guys again.
Great guys, great work ethic and great customer service ...not to mention my new awesome sprinkler system !!!
