Rick and his team recently successfully completed a 16’x20’ home extension, converted an existing bedroom into a bathroom and laundry room, and completely renovated an existing bathroom, and did a kitchen upgrade. Rick was supported by a very competent Architect who prepared the plans for building approval. During construction Rick continually checked on progress, coordinated the various teams, and ensured compliance with plans and overall schedule. The crews were friendly and considerate. Rick was always readily available for any discussions, and made recommendations and assisted in selection of materials, cabinets and fittings, etc. Work was completed on time and completely to our satisfaction. Would definitely recommend Summit Custom Builders for similar home projects.

Summit was great and I can't recommend them enough. The general contractor was extremely responsive and available to talk or visit the site every day, and the whole process was very transparent. We elected to do some work ourselves and we were able to work around Summit's crew and subcontractors with ease. The work was done in a timely manner as well. Rick still takes my calls, even 6 months after the project was completed.

Summit Custom Builders (Rick and Nate specifically) have been exceptional to work with during our home extension.They have worked within our budget, care about quality of the work, and we’ve felt comfortable having them around our children and pets for months. They are experienced and organized, managing much of the day-to-day for us. They did consult us on decisions to be made, learning our desired level of involvement/detail. We would absolutely hire them again for any home renovation projects.
