I forgot to leave a review when we got our new furnace from Ruby Heating and Cooling a couple years ago, but I still think about how great he was to work with. Our furnace went out in winter and we called sure fire because that was the only name we knew, and they came and took it apart and told us we needed a new one and just left, with it still apart, in winter so our house was 50 degrees and dropping. Someone I knew recommended Ruby heating and cooling and he was there that day and he figured out what was wrong with it and went out to his truck and grabbed a part and fixed it right away and he didn't even charge us! The AC quit working at the office on a hot day this summer, and these guys had it fixed right away! And a couple months later when the furnace at my house broke down, they were helpful and communicative while fixing it. They'll always get the job done right!

Called because my furnace went out. It was after hours but they came within 30 min. Had the furnace running in no time. Very friendly and knowledgeable, definitely found my Heating and Cooling guy!
