I had a GREAT experience with an HVAC maintenance call from Summit HVAC in Johns Creek, Georgia. The tech was polite and thorough, making sure I understood everything in the report. What really stood out was his honesty—he showed me some concerns from the report and explained that my furnace still had life left before replacement was needed. I truly value that transparency.
