We were selling our parents home in Illinois and a radon test came back super high 50.8. we were referred to Shawn Santos to solve the issue. From the first conversation to the excellent follow up, Shawn has done a marvelous job of staying in touch and fixing our problem to where it was a reading of 0.8 at the retest!! Far exceeded my expectations on the retest result and the workmanship of putting in the system was very good as FAST! From start to finish the process, took less than 6 days. He answered all my questions As the process went through - He was very thorough and even changed the drawing that wasn’t a big deal, but because I mentioned it to him, he made the corrections on the report for our buyers. Excellent and prompt service! I learned the week before closing that the radon mitigation system needed to be installed ASAP to approve my loan. Shawn arranged for a crew to come on Halloween and they worked all day to ensure it was completed! It looks very nice and functions well:) Great work!
