Im not sure about the company as a whole, but the Billings Montana branch is by far the worst locating company I have ever had to deal with. I have worked throughout most of the United States and never had such horrible experiences with a locate company as I have had in Billings Montana. These guys flat out do not locate tickets that are called in. They constantly kick back tickets that are called in out of sheer laziness and then make up a bunch of excuses. Almost every single day is a struggle to keep our guys busy and get work done because of this locate company. We have had meetings with them and bent over backwards to try and make them happy (which we shouldnt have to do) so they would start doing their job. Even putting in all that extra effort they continue to kick back tickets
