Simple water-damage, insurance-covered project to drywall, paint, fix flooring. Poor quality work, poor supervision. Ken Lorenz threatened to sue us, he threatened to slander us to our neighbors, and made false accusations against us... and has filed a claim in small claims court. Summit View was paid for the work they did, despite the poor quality and supervision. They did not get paid for the work they didn't do. See this pix and judge for yourself if they do good work.
This contractor doesn't pay his subcontractors. I do not recommend hiring him.
