I called on a Sunday because my heat wasn't working due to installing a Google nest and Eric came between 30mins or so of calling. Really nice guy and has 20+ years experience. I will highly recommend to anyone I talk to. Really appreciate your alls service! My heat was back on in less than a hour after he came and fixed it. 😊
I am extremely nice extremely mature 24 year-old came and fixed my heat today. I would have guessed him not by his looks but by his manners for 32. I am so impressed with this young man. He was extremely professional. I would recommend this company and this technician to anyone. I wish I could remember his name, but he had a beard and curly hair and was just so nice.
Sumner and sons was great from start to finish! Their communication is superb, they were on time, and very thorough in their work. You will be very happy if you give them a call.
Called for service about 9:30 and Mr. Sumner arrived at 10:30. From the info I gave the secreatary he was fully prepared to fix the problem with parts he brought. GREAT SERVICE. We r their new customers and get 2 yearly checkups and service. Couldnt have gonr any better.
Sumner has always done a great job for us. Tyler has been easy to talk to and very informative. Highly recommend!
