Sumter Carpet Barn & Flooring

Installation of my flooring was great. The work was performed in the specified time frame and is perfect. They moved the furniture and kept my house clean. And I liked that I was dealing directly with the owners of the company. I would definitely use them again.

Not sure what happened. They did a beautiful job laying carpet in my sun room. Had them come back to do some vinyl flooring and it was a whole different experience. Never received an invoice. They would promise to show up and wouldn't hear from them. They'd tell me they were going to be at my house at a certain time and would show up hours later, or not at all. They left the quarter round molding loose around most of the room. There is nothing holding it down. When I asked if they could glue it down, the owner said he could use caulking, but then stomped out to his truck and started throwing things and cursing, saying he was sick of this **** and tired of it. Fast, reliable, honest hard workers at Sumter carpet barn!! very upfront about all there products, had lots of sales and installation knowledge.. I had 2 bedrooms of carpet replaced and vinyl plank in my living areas they were in and out in 1 day barely took breaks. I would recommend to any one who needs new flooring

Sumter Carpet Barn did a great job in laying new flooring and putting up trim in several rooms. They were proffessional, fast and personable. They missed a small section of trim and came back and completed the job within 2 days. Overall great expereince.
