She prepared and provided me with a detailed fair proposal within a day or two of our phone conversation, which I accepted. I ordered a new 3- ton and 4- ton Carrier 2Stage Performance Series AC units with accommodating gas furnaces. My past experiences with Sun City were always excellent! Sun City sent their team out to service my mini split that was flashing error codes & determined a coolant leak was the problem. The techs, Edgar & Augustine were polite & professional, they informed me of the work they completed & made sure the unit was functioning properly before leaving.
