I cannot thank Frankie enough for everything he and Sun City Plumbers did for me while I was trying to find a house. They did a plumbing inspection for me on short notice because of the option period expiring and gave me a fantastic report. The seller’s disclosures I got said nothing was wrong with the house but Frankie did such a great job with his report and his photos, he help me obtained a seller credit that would have covered all the plumbing repairs needed. Frankie did an amazing job, he checked the sewer scope, the plumbing in the house, took photos of everything, and labeling what was an immediate emergency and gave fair and reasonable estimates for the task.
