I had a family medical emergency that took me out of town for almost a month, and in the middle of that got a notice of cancelation from my insurance company due to age/condition of my roof. Within 2 hours of contact, I had a rough estimate and was connected with J Wallace for a more precise estimate within 2 days. Mr. Wallace worked with me through multiple complications to get the job done by phone and email, and communicated clearly through the whole process. Installation took 3 days total, but real work only took 2 half days. Rest of the time was waiting for city inspector. Roof came out looking great! There are cheaper options out there, but between the customer service, quality, warranty, and speed of completion, I'm happy I went with Sun Coast Roofing.

Jay was the salesman for us gave us a great price. Very wonderful gentleman. Roof was done within the time frame he gave us. The workers were great came started to work around 8:30am and by around 5pm the roof was done and everything was cleaned up. Very happy with this company and highly recommended. Give Jay Wallace a call he is the best. Thank you Jay. The supervisor Joe was here all day helping his guys out. These guys were very hard workers. I hired Sun Coast Roofing in Longwood, Florida to repair my roof in February 2025. I was told the roof coating would last more than 5 years, and the work came with a 5-year warranty. I paid close to $7,000 for this job, expecting peace of mind. Less than one year later, my roof is already leaking, and I now have damage inside my home. This is completely unacceptable for work that was supposed to last years and still be under warranty. I contacted Sun Coast Roofing to resolve the issue. A man did come out to inspect the roof and confirmed that the roof was still damaged and said they would “do something about it.” That was over two months ago, and since then, I have heard nothing. I have called multiple times and tried reaching an employee named Natasha, but she is always “in a meeting” or

The Sun Coast team did a FABULOUS job installing a Tufdek roofing solution for my 100 year old home. This project was incredibly complicated, but the forewoman Leona was on top of every step no matter what happened. This hard working team spent 6 days in the hot sun making sure that my project was done correctly. This solved a water intrusion issue I had been having for 2 years since I bought the home and likely saved the back of the house in the long run. The office staff was incredibly professional. They coordinated with the building department and engineers to get my project across the line. The price was fair and a great value for the solutions and peace of mind provided. I’m grateful to the team and highly recommend this company and the Tufdek solution to other home owners.

The Sun Coast team were so easy to work with. J was our consultant. He was so polite and easy to work with. He understood my concerns and addressed them in a cost-effective and timely manner. Natasha is so kind. She was always ready to answer an email or phone call question, no matter how small. From start to finish, the whole process seemed so fast. Scheduling was easy, and other than taking my framed pictures off the walls, I didn't have to do anything other than enjoy my new roof.
