Sun Mountain Doors

We had such a wonderful experience with Sun Mountain Doors. From start to finish, David was very helpful in guiding me through the process of replacing our Emtek door lock system, which was over twenty years old and starting to wear out. He was so kind and patient with my complete lack of Emtek knowledge, truly going above and beyond to ensure a great result for our home. I had called around to a few other door companies before calling on Sun Mountain Doors—no one else was as helpful and clear as David. I'm really impressed by how quickly he sorted this out for me and at a very reasonable price, too. We will certainly be using this company for any future door needs. First of all,David was great to work with. My door is beautiful!!! I wasn’t quite sure what I was going to get from a custom door manufacturer but it was solid. I got so many compliments. Now my den can also be used as another bedroom. The service was impeccable! The door installer they recommended was very meticulous. The door installer has a drywall guy to finish the drywall as well. It all went very smoothly and timely after receiving the door.

The quality of their doors is really impressive and their staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The process of selecting what we needed and ordering the doors was effortless. They delivered the doors to our home as promised and the hardware come soon after. The quality of this product was outstanding as was the staff and handling of the order. We are very pleased with our Sun Mountain Front Door. It was installed in 2022. With our front door facing East, it takes a lot of morning sun. The panels on our original wooden door gaped and the wood deteriorated over a 3 year period. Our Sun Mountain door is factory treated and is still like new after 3 years. We especially like the extra two rollers on the door jamb. These ensure a very tight close with associated resistance to any wild fire embers. We live in a very green environment in Arizona and are concious of Fire Wise maintenance.

Cameron and team were amazing. 10/10 experience and the doors and millwork pieces are very high quality. They helped me match old existing doors as well which was tough. Products arrived right on the projected timeline
