Sun N' Fun Construction

I used Sun N Fun Construction to build the shell of a casita on our property and faced many frustrations. The build took over 2 ½ years for a rather simple 1 br! And that was just for the shell; I’m doing most of the interior, including the bathroom. To be fair part of the delays were due to problems getting supplies during the pandemic, it took a while for the permit and for our doors and windows to arrive. But I feel many of the delays were due to a combination of Jim not being able to line up subcontractors (he doesn’t do any of the work himself), as well as his propensity to go with the cheapest bids.
