We got a brand new sprinkler system with this company and we are very happy with the results. The main guy was honest and genuine, and even saved us from people that were price gouging us! Not only that his workers who installed the sprinklers were very nice and took good care of our lawn! We appreciate everything they did for us! Thanks :)

I called and spoke to a young lady about a sprinkler valve leaking and costing me $500/month in water and sewer charges. She said someone would call me back, which they never did. Having mobility issues, I ended up fixing it with the help of my daughter and the internet, which wasn't easy.

Showed up as scheduled. Truck was well stocked with all necessary parts. Good problem diagnosis and excellent repair results. But heads-up…….as you will read in other reviews, they are very expensive. Would have been 5 stars except for the cost. I will use them again.

I received what I see as a ridiculously overpriced bill from their service worker. I called the receptionist 5 times and she said she would have the owner David return my call to no avail. One the last call she got aggressive and said, "If you were not happy I should not have paid the bill." So now I share my story. Get an itemized estimate before you let them on your property.

Unbelievable experience! Within 15 minutes of putting a request on the computer I received a phone call. I was connected almost immediately with Sun-Pro and within an hour they showed up at my house. They went right to work analyzing our watering system. Our system is almost 16 years old and has needed very little maintenance until this year. Well within 2 hours Robert and Buzzy had our system up to date and working well. Thank you for not only prompt service, but excellent servicemen on the job. We will be calling you for the spring turn on cycle.
