My house was built at the end of 2021 with the latest building codes to handle a hurricane category 5. We had a hurricane IAN in September 2022. The roof on my house (installed by Mr. William Stossel) lost shingles because of the incorrect shingles installation. Please see attached pictures. 3 of my next door neighbors, all with newer roofs, didn't lose a single shingle. I've called Mr. Stossel the day after the hurricane and at first to let him know about my roof condition, he said he didn't do my roof. After I texted him a copy of Release of Lien provided by my builder with his signature on it, he completely disappeared. Located 3 min drive from my house, Mr. Stossel didn't even want to come in to take a look at it and see what he did wrong with the installation. This would tell me he do
