Sunbelt Rentals

I edited this after speaking with the company; that comment is after my initial review. I flew to New York to do a job in the Saratoga area.  I called to reserve an excavator for 3 days on Monday.  On Tuesday evening I called to have it picked up.  They never came.  I called today (Friday) from the Albany airport to make sure they could pick it up that day.  They said they will not be able to pick it up until Monday... This lady (my customer) does not need this machine in her driveway for a week!  It makes my company look bad and our customer's yard, like a storage facility.  I'll never use this Sunbelt location again and suggest you don't unless you have ample room to store their machinery. ** After speaking with the company they apologized and refunded the delivery fee for this mistake.

Overall a great place for anything you need in heavy equipment. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We rented prior to Sunbelta ownership and they have a history and being one of, if not the best in the area.

I rented a plate compactor today and the service I got from the men working there far exceeded my expectations. They gassed up, cleaned, showed me how to operate and loaded it for me. Wonderful!

We rented a NFE 5700 ride-on floor scraper to remove about 14,000 SF of new and old carpeting that was glued to concrete floors. This machine was awesome. It did exactly what the folks at Casale said it would do. This saved us tons of time and labor expense. Thank you to everyone at Casale Rent-All in Clifton Park for advising us properly and taking care of us so professionally.

Called a couple days before I needed to rent a mortar mixer and they confirmed my reservation. Drove four hours from Philly to do a job up there and was told they didn't have a mortar mixer at that location. I said no problem I'll take a cement mixer. They refused to rent me a cement mixer which would have mixed my material just fine. We have used either machine just preferring the mortar mixer. The guy at the counter was completely unapologetic and arrogant. I've had many issues with other Sunbelt locations with rentals breaking down but to act this way toward a customer is unacceptable.
